Finding way into this Royal Territory Properties by the Line 9 Songjiang Univ. Metro Station and checking out some properties to buy. All the current built phases were sold out. The next available properties to buy is still under construction and available to move in only in mid-2010. The average price is RMB8,000 per meter square.

Taking a day out on this sunny and wintry day at Songjiang, a suburb some 20Km west of Shanghai. Along hanging out at the Thames Town, some of these nature shots serve to record signs of winter: sometimes in blazing colors, sometimes wilted and dried, sometimes bald and bare, sometimes showing sign of strength in this cold winter.

Scaling and Scale
On the China Life Insurance Building, there were a few cleaners scaling windows during this cold but sunny winter day. Further away, the Bank of China Building and Shanghai Pearl TV Tower appear almost surreal when comparing against these workers. Some obtuse imagination for China's version: its prototype from the Indian epic Ramayana, later became an immensely beloved all time story for children and adults alike, a legendary manimal figure the Monkey God or Sun Wukong could be scaling these tall concrete towers. Spider Man, eat your heart out! Cos' Monkey God also flips, flies and do all kinds of monkey business.
When seeing through office window and far into the distant horizon, there are these barges, big or small boats and big ships as well cruising by on the River Pu. They appear and soon disappear behind these tall urban jungles. These two tall jungles are indeed one of the most expensive in Shanghai, from some hearsay that a suite could possibly fetch up to a million or two in RMB.
Despite the first cold blast of this latter half of the year, families with their loved ones still went thronging the Century Plaza: skating, flying kites, taking pictures, buying cotton candies, walking around, basking under the sun, running, talking real loud, selling, hawking, plying around for possible minor sales, hassling passers-by, milling around...all sorts of spontaneous activities on this single digit climbing to low double digit temperature at noon. 
The leaves of that ginkgo tree are getting more and more golden yellow as the days get colder and colder. Under the bright midday sun, these leaves appear more refreshingly yellow and beautiful than ever. It will not be too long that these leaves shall all be shedded from the tree.
Thinking of spending Sunday morning at the Exhibition but all turned out in vain when seeing the line without end. The turn out was more for the streaming families with their individual 'lil' dragons'; these dragons would certainly run ones' toes all over. Instead, I took a decisive turn towards Zhangjiabang, south of the Centre across the street.
