Guizhou Cuisine
Sunny (left) spoke engagingly with Fu Danyi (right), her visit from Hangzhou to Shanghai to check out the Shanghai Biennale 2008 at Shanghai Gallery of Art and shopping for special stationery, at the request from her co-workers in Hangzhou, at Fuzhou Road. Soon after Fu's arrival, we had a hearty Guizhou cuisine at Ganguoju, Xinmeilian Plaza.

Food looks yum! Is that a bbq hotplate at the centre of the table?
The name of the restaurant is Ganguoju, literally Dried Pot House. It is precisely the hot pot but more a small wok heated with gas and set in the centre. Generally chicken meat, this occasion the order was duck meat, a recommended discount offer of the day from RMB89 to RMB69. Yes, this is the nth time I was there...hahah. I luv Guizhou cuisine.
