A Day of Life at Longji Village, Gegeng Town
3rd Day of Chinese New Year 2009

Inside the timber hut, Su Demei's wife Zhang Qingqing is in capped in her Hui'an style to protect her hair from greasy cooking oil when flexing her cooking skill while the eldest sister-in-law is sitting by to help out and watch over the fire as well.

Make-shift stove from available usables are turned into pragmatic utilities; and in this case, coal is used to boil water.
Yummy meals for all; later resting and taking it easy outside the house after meal.
New born is always a joyful welcome during on-street level encounter and most often accompanied by compassionate neighborly inquiries over the recent, current and future personable events and around the village.
