An Experimental School of Liwan District, Guangzhou

Around Liwan District, an experimental school is getting its day started at 9 a.m. on February 18, 2009. Very chubby and very healthy looking school kids are marching into the compound. They received pep talks of the day from a lady instructor who is standing on a higher platform; she is accompanied with two students following her instruction given out to them and for all students to follow. The instructor preaches to them on how and not to do, what and not to do as well as when and not to do. She speaks real loud.

The long banner in red describes "Welcome you to The Teenager Palace of Liwan District". This is an experimental school of national significance with better staffing, and school kids tend to fare well and graduate into better school or universities around China.

Note one of the pictures shows a young girl being 'crowned' with a banner across her body and standing in front of the notice board. Well, she was 'crowned' not being a beauty but she was late for school when instructions of delivered.

It was really fun to watch the actions going on for this reminds me a part of my junior and high school days.
