Athenian Palace

This Athenian Palace is bizarre in its given name. An apparent time transported architectural feature that is culturally unlikely but real while as architectural gothic or grotesque as it looks in its beaux-arts style. Undoubtedly, this building stands smacked right at the end of Dongfang Road near Pudong Avenue, and abutting a bus transit point, close to Pudong Avenue Station of Metro Line 4, and further away into Qinhuang Island Ferry Crossing. At night, it is brightly smothered in golden yellow light, in an attempt but more of a wacky derivative to exude its intent of a 'golden era of Greek Architecture'. To enhance or complement its ambience or amenity, another superstructure rendition is standing tall immediately behind the palace. In this case, it is a grand but half baked imitation of post modernist feature, either reminding sexual reference to phallic squirting or a drooping boop, both due to old age.
