A Balmy Spring Thursday

at Century Park

Quite surprised to have caught the tiny bee enacting its spring rite with its tiny legs actually hung with yellowish pollens of camelias. The photo below is cropped and enlarged to the one above.

Many camelia flowers have withered. They appear so fragile, lifeless and helpless, gathered at the bottom of the shrubs.

Another fragile beauty, sakura or cherry blossom is at its ferocious bloom.


Wonder if the above is shamrock and not sure of the two from same species in two different colors as shown following...

On this balmy Thursday, one vendor is selling kites and he has attracted a few school kids bargaining for their best buy during their afternoon time off around the Century Park.

A great spring day out, the pregnant woman on the left has been walking round and round the square while the skater on her left is skating the same. The skater has been practising to jump off while flipping the skateboard at the same time.

A skater has taken to nap while another man finds his niche to read under the breezy and sunny sky.

Above, at the immediate entrance to the metroline, the motorcyclists stake their strategic territory to serve the metroline pasengers to connect for short rides to their destination around the Century Park. Below, supposed to keep their usually business of counterfeit products to their area underground the park, some vendors instead hang out at the entrance and push their sales to passers-by. They can be menacing for they tend to hassle many to buy.
