The house special You-Noodle Wowo or 莜面窝窝, needed to be lightly pried to separate them sticking together, with various dips in sipcy hot, mutton and mushroom flavors to go with.

Xibei You-Noodle Village 西贝莜面村 offers North Western style cuisine hailed from the Yellow Earth High Plateau north western as well as Inner Mongolia regions of China. Currently, there are 20 outlets all over China and this particular restaurant is first of its kind in Shanghai at this moment as Jaxton explained.
